Are you a mom looking to expand or ready to leave managed care? Are you desiring the flexible schedule that private practice can offer but are scared what that may look like for you? Overwhelmed with the demands of being an entrepreneur, a mom, wife, AND effective counselor? Perhaps you’re unsure if private practice is what’s right for you and your family.
Private Practice Coaching Can Help
If you answered YES to any of the above questions I am here to help! No one taught me in graduate school how to run a successful, lucrative PRIVATE PAY practice (and handle the demands of being a mom, a wife, and housekeeper simultaneously). We were taught that we chose this career path merely to help people and that we would get little in return due to hours of paperwork and limited self-care. This doesn’t have to be the case!
I help my clients realize they are fierce, dragon-slaying super moms who also need to know their own potential. Self-care is not a manicure; it is a mindset. I help them pull apart the lies they’ve been telling to themselves, which have gotten in the way of actualizing their dreams. You may say, “I can’t have it all,” but you can! Or, “I’m disappointing my children,” but no, momma, you are not! Each season of our life comes with its own difficulties and managing this part is no exception.
Together, we figure out what your goals are as a clinician, business owner, wife and, mother. We discuss YOUR goals, not the dreams and wishes of your mother-in-law, friends, or
your husband. Only you can be accountable for, and take control of, your life and the journey ahead of you.
I have found my sweet spot, while juggling my career, kids, and life. I genuinely want to help my fellow mommy therapists learn from the mistakes that I have made and give them the information that I have found to be most successful. It’s time take the next big leap. You deserve this! This is an investment in your future as a professional “momtrepreneur.”

The Private Practice Coaching Process
What the process looks like:
You fill out a brief questionnaire and sign a wordy and boring consulting consent form.
In the meantime, we choose a date and time that fits our schedule.
We have our first 60-minute chat in person, via video, or over the phone.
It’s that simple.
I have mommas I consult with weekly, monthly, or even quarterly for a check-in. After our initial session, I am yours whenever you need, even if it is for a 15-minute “Natalie, what should I do here” session.
Keep in mind this is not therapy, but I am consulting WITH you to determine how your dreams of private practice and family can morph into the flourishing and fulfilling life I know it can be.
Are you Ready to Begin Private Practice Coaching?
It’s time to find balance in your life. You’ve already discovered that you can’t be everything to everyone. But you can make decisions that will help you in both your private counseling practice and still leave you with the energy to focus on your family.
I have been there. Finding a balance is stressful. I am a private practice therapist in Paoli, PA…but first and foremost I am a mom. In my Philadelphia area counseling clinic, my counseling “niche” is couples & marriage counseling including premarital classes. But in life, my specialty is being a mom. I’ve spent years finding just the right balance between the two major roles I play. Now I enjoy helping other therapist moms find the balance that works best for them. If you’re ready to begin private practice consulting, please contact me today.
Not a Mom but Want Coaching?
Not a mom? No problem! I help anyone who is looking to solidify their goals and slay being a private practice clinician.
