Ashley Regina, LPC, NCC, ACS, LCADC
Are you finding that life transitions are taking a toll on your relationship? Often, even positive life transitions that we are looking forward to (marriage/ transition to parenthood) can challenge a relationship. Do you feel unheard or misunderstood by your partner? Is there a distance or disconnection growing? Are outside stressors (work/ childcare/ finances) negatively impacting your relationship? I have helped many couples navigate these issues, supporting growth and enrichment.
My name is Ashley Regina and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I am passionate about helping couples reconnect and strengthen their bond. Successful relationships take work and require maintenance every once in a while. My role is to be a neutral third party to provide a safe, non-judgemental space. I would be happy to have the opportunity to help your relationship navigate this process!
My Counseling Specialties Include:
- Blending/blended families
- Co-parenting cases (non-court mandated)
- Pre-marital
- Individuals struggling in relationships, specifically young adults
My Approach:
I would describe my counseling approach as client-centered. I incorporate various evidence-based interventions including The Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness skills and Motivational Interviewing, adapting my approach to each couple’s needs. I understand that the first step to an effective therapeutic relationship is building trust and a healthy rapport. I bring hope, safety and compassion to our work together, allowing for us to work collaboratively to reach your goals. I would be honored to hear your story and support your relationship in your journey.
