I am the owner and operator of both Main Line Marriage Counseling and Main Line Counseling Specialists. I provide couples counseling services in Paoli, Pennsylvania, conveniently located on the Main Line. I also provide Telehealth for those seeking professional services in the comfort of their on home. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. Since opening my private practice in 2011, I have helped countless couples save their marriages and/or relationships and come back from the deepest of betrayals or aid them in letting go of their marriage and facilitate a healthy divorce and harmonious coparenting situation.

At my practice in Paoli, I utilize a variety of techniques, including Gottman therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, stress management, increasing self-worth, inner-child work, mind/body connection, communication and conflict resolution skills training, assertiveness training, anxiety reduction, empowerment, Imago therapy and work/life balance.

I am first a wife and mother. I am a lover of animals, good books, wine, and food. I recently relocated back up north from Florida where I was a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in private practice and before that I was a case manager for several years at a homeless shelter for teens. I obtained my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Nova Southeasten University where I was on both the Dean’s List and graduated with Honors.
